Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide effective challenge to GCS Central Bill Solutions business stakeholders on compliance and regulatory requirements for card and program management capabilities and features.
  • •Review and evaluate marketing, advertising, digital capabilities, customer journeys, and required disclosures for adherence to applicable laws and regulations (including UDAP, Reg B, Privacy, ADA, AML/KYC, sanctions).
  • •Support the compliance program through Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA), Regulatory Change and Inventory Management (RCIM), and oversight/challenge of business-owned KRIs and RBST.
  • •Identify and challenge compliance issues to ensure timely creation/enhancement of controls, closure of gaps, and customer remediation where required.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Internal Audit, Independent Compliance Testing, General Counsel’s Organization, Operational Risk, Control Management, Financial Crimes Compliance, Privacy Office) and assist with regulatory inquiries/examinations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • •Deep regulatory knowledge of U.S. financial regulations applicable to banking, credit card, and deposit products (including UDAP, Reg B, Privacy, ADA accessibility, and financial crimes).
  • •In-depth knowledge of compliance risk management practices and methodologies, including risk and control assessments.
