Key Responsibilities

  • β€’Lead the store team to deliver daily operations and meet business targets, including opening/closing the store and cash handling
  • β€’Ensure accurate product knowledge, application of usage scenarios, and effective stock/visual merchandising
  • β€’Provide in-store training and development for teammates, using feedback to improve customer experience and team happiness
  • β€’Proactively listen to customer needs and offer professional solutions for various sports requirements, including pre-launch product training planning
  • β€’Coordinate merchandising plans and seasonal displays, including fashion and styling recommendations while adhering to brand standards

Key Requirements

  • β€’3+ years of retail experience with a passion for retail and customer service
  • β€’1+ year of supervisory or training experience, with ability to coach and develop others
  • β€’Solid English communication skills and basic English reception ability (δΌ˜ε…ˆθ€ƒθ™‘)
  • β€’Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, with a 5-day workweek
