Key Requirements

•5–10 years of underground utility experience, including at least three years as a crew leader.
•Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a crew with teamwork and accountability.
•Skilled at reading/interpreting plans and specifications, including grade, slope, and elevations; familiarity with grade lasers.
•Competent in operating heavy construction equipment.
•Valid driver’s license required; CDL and relevant certifications (e.g., Trenching/Shoring Competent Person, OSHA 30-hour) are a plus.
