Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure safe and effective equipment operation.
  • •Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
  • •Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and apply troubleshooting skills to production equipment.
  • •Interact with plant personnel to minimize downtime and accomplish plant and individual goals, including working overtime and weekends as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance and reliability in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • •Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills documented in work history or on the application/resume, or graduation from a 2-year industrial maintenance training program (vocational or trade school).
  • •Ability to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • •Basic computer skills for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing documentation; ability to learn and use a CMMS.
  • •Effective communication and basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements.
