Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product management and teammates to deliver delightful user experiences for Databricks’ data and AI platform.
  • •Develop and maintain frontend and backend components across teams (SQL Analytics Console, Jobs and Workflows, Developer Ecosystem, Apps Developer Experience).
  • •Architect, develop, deploy, and operate large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based services.
  • •Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable web technologies and APIs.
  • •Help shape long-term technical direction with incremental, measurable deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, or a related field
  • •5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • •Passion for user experience and design and a deep understanding of front-end architecture
  • •Comfortable working towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables
  • •Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJs/Ember)
