Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the strategic business plan for Domestic, SME and Affinity segments to drive revenue, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners (insurers, affinity/automotive partners, financial institutions) while acquiring new clients and improving retention.
  • •Lead the design and implementation of affinity insurance programs, including partnerships and governance/operating models.
  • •Oversee day-to-day operations, service delivery, policy administration, and operational controls; monitor KPIs and service quality; drive process improvement.
  • •Manage annual budgets and forecasts, supervise revenue and pipeline profitability, ensure compliance with regulatory/legal/Aon requirements, and lead and develop team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Master’s Degree is an advantage.
  • •10+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, risk consulting, affinity business, or commercial insurance.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing large teams and business portfolios.
  • •Strong track record in business development and strategic partnerships, including experience leading Domestic, SME, or Affinity insurance programs.
