Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main point of contact for the audit client and responsible for the audit team.
  • •Review and analyze financial statements to identify audit assessment areas.
  • •Design, execute, document, and report audit testing of financial and reporting processes, balances, amounts, and disclosures.
  • •Identify key business/financial/functional processes to assess current and emerging risks; establish audit engagement scope.
  • •Plan, execute, and/or report internal audits; present findings to client management; provide mentoring/training and oversee assistant auditors.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or a related field), preferably with an advanced degree relevant to accounting and finance.
  • •Minimum of six (6) years of experience in external auditing/public accounting or financial reporting for a publicly listed company, including adoption/application/presentation of International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • •Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant designation; Certified Internal Auditor is a plus.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication in English, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • •Flexibility to travel within Saudi Arabia and/or outside the Kingdom for audit and consulting engagements.
