Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites.
  • •Coordinate daily field operations to support successful delivery of environmental, water treatment, and civil construction projects.
  • •Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
  • •Monitor, document, and report construction and field activities while maintaining accurate project records and site documentation.
  • •Collaborate with Project Managers, technical specialists, consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve site challenges and achieve project objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Mining Engineering Technology, Environmental Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • •5–7 years of experience supervising field-based construction, remediation, mining, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • •Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams in active site environments.
  • •Working knowledge of construction methods, environmental remediation practices, site rehabilitation, and/or civil and infrastructure projects.
  • •Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
