Job Summary

The Operations Consultant supports stockroom organization, merchandising updates, and client service in a Sephora store. Key Responsibilities

•Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS
•Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and support Sephora merchandising concepts
•Perform shipment receipt and processing, organize stockroom, and manage transfers, damages and testers per company standards
•Check visuals and communicate missing/damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor; ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected at all times
•Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to Supervisors/Store Manager; cross-train consultants in cashier functions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 19.2 - 22.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of retail/client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
•good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills
•ability to multi-task while being attentive to the needs of clients and the business
•effective time management, problem solving and communication skills
•High School graduate or equivalent
