Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and map Finance operations: evaluate financial workflows (close, reconciliations, treasury, reporting, controls validation, audit preparation) and identify gaps across systems to build an automation roadmap.
  • •Architect the agentic finance platform: design long-term architecture for AI-native finance, evaluate current systems, and define a scalable target architecture; create an agentic layer running alongside the current stack.
  • •Build and deploy production finance automation: deploy production-grade agentic workflows automating reconciliations, close processes, audit/reporting preparation, treasury monitoring, and analytics; integrate internal/external systems and maintain oversight for auditability.
  • •Own AI governance for Finance: establish guardrails for SOX-regulated environments, build data classification and auditability frameworks, and ensure risk-tiered deployment with proper ownership.
  • •Build the foundation for AI-native Finance: create reusable frameworks, train finance professionals on AI tools, develop metrics/dashboards, and provide leadership reporting on ROI and risk enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,200 - 254,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record designing, deploying, and scaling agentic AI systems in production.
  • •Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, multi-agent system design, and failure modes of autonomous AI workflows in high-stakes operational environments.
  • •Strong systems architecture capability: move from discovery to design to build to deployment to optimization.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with Claude/Anthropic APIs, Python-based orchestration, n8n or equivalent workflow engines, MCP or similar agent coordination layers.
  • •Strong domain knowledge of finance operations including close processes, reconciliations, treasury, financial reporting, and controls in a regulated environment.
