Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and support daily team/shift work by monitoring order/task situations and process performance.
  • •Control quality, deviations, and line stops with TM, and run SOP audit dialogues while closing competence gaps through training/coaching.
  • •Act as a link between the team, support functions, and TM, and develop detailed plans for the cell.
  • •Drive waste elimination and improvements, and lead meetings within the cell (shift handover and cell meetings).
  • •Support team members with immediate problem solving and perform the job as a team member while following safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience using multiple welding and cutting processes.
  • •Proficient in MIG welding and oxyacetylene torch use.
  • •Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and basic math skills (tape measure and calipers).
  • •Manufacturing experience required; industry background preferred.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred with relevant experience (1 year of Alfa Laval production/manufacturing/distribution experience preferred).
