Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues to support semiconductor manufacturing operations.
  • •Apply statistical analysis and structured methodologies (SPC, DOE, FMEA, RCA) to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Use digital tools, data analytics, and AI-assisted solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • •Automate routine tasks, analyze data, and generate engineering insights to support decision-making.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities while executing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related technical fields (Semiconductor Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
  • •Preferred experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, process engineering, or a related industry.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues.
  • •Knowledge of statistical analysis and improvement methods including SPC, DOE, FMEA, RCA, and continuous improvement.
  • •Good command of English for communication and technical documentation.
