  • •Lead cross-functional and cross-country teams (engineering, planning, procurement, construction, quality, finance) to ensure seamless collaboration and accountability.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate execution, commercial, technical, and supply chain risks while pursuing opportunities to improve profitability and customer value.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Systems, or related), Business Administration, Project Management, or related; MBA or Master’s is a plus.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of project management experience delivering complex industrial, energy, infrastructure, or power generation projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships in a challenging project environment.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen, including managing project profitability, cash collection, and contractual matters.
  • •Proficiency in global project management methodologies; PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification is preferred.
