Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily business-as-usual operations are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Manage and prioritize email communications across Payments, Remittance, Guarantees, and Cash Management mailboxes.
  • •Process and monitor incoming/outgoing payments, manual payment orders, and direct debits/standing orders.
  • •Support Trade Finance operations (document handling, due diligence, follow-up) and manage Guarantee requests (issuance, amendments, cancellations) with relevant departments.
  • •Maintain e-banking contracts, perform Nostro account checks and end-of-day reconciliations, and support controls, third-party risk tasks, and process improvements.
