Drive the growth of Ebury’s Institutional Solutions by identifying treasury problems and translating them into product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Work with a cross-functional team (Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, Dealing) to define requirements, epics, and user stories. Focus on high-impact opportunities across FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional expansion, supported by competitor analysis and deep treasury management and legal technology workflow knowledge.

•Multiple years of product building experience, ideally in a hands-on product or operations leadership role, including roadmap development.
•Strong ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications and develop product strategies involving financial systems or regulations.
