Install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart home technology including security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems. Evaluate customers’ homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site, and train homeowners on how to use their systems. •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
•Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technician and customers.
•Provide consultative, in-field support and benefit from coaching and leadership training to advance within the organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.99 - 28.54 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
•Ability to act with integrity and build rapport with diverse customers.
•Experience with cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
•Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements.
•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders (up to 14 feet), and work in confined spaces like attics.
