Key Responsibilities

  • •Planung, Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von Gebäudeautomations- / Gebäudemanagementsystemen (BMS / GLT); Integration von Sicherheitssystemen in die GLT: IP-Kameras und Video-Management-Systeme (VMS), Einbruchmeldeanlagen (EMA / I&HAS), Brandmeldeanlagen (BMA)
  • •Anbindung über BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, KNX, ESPA-X, MQTT etc.
  • •Erstellung von Gefahrenmanagement-Systemen (GMS): Alarmverknüpfung, Visualisierung, Bedienoberflächen
  • •Administration der Windows-Server-Infrastruktur für BMS und Sicherheits-Systeme (Hyper-V/VMware, SQL, Active Directory, IIS, Hochverfügbarkeit)
  • •Projektleitung, Kundenschulungen, Service und Support (Remote & vor Ort)

Key Requirements

  • •Techniker / Meister oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, MSR, Gebäudeautomation, Automatisierungstechnik, technische Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • •Mehrjährige Praxis im Bereich Gebäudeautomation / GLT (z. B. Honeywell EBI, DVM, Forge)
  • •Erfahrung mit Integration von Sicherheitstechnik in BMS / GLT (IP-Kameras, EMA, BMA)
  • •Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Protokolle (z.B. BACnet, OPC UA, Modbus, KNX, ESPA 4.4.4)
  • •Führerschein Klasse B & Reisebereitschaft
