Key Responsibilities

•Manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery to support customer satisfaction, anticipating and resolving freight, packaging, and delivery issues.
•Communicate internally and externally regarding transportation requirements.
•Process customer requests for industry compliance and work with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure required documents are received and fulfilled on time.
•Perform warehouse operations including pulling, staging, and QA of orders for delivery.
•Receive and put away deliveries, perform SAP goods receiving, manage material trackers/reporting, resolve AP issues, and track deliveries.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
•5 years of experience in a similar logistics role.
•Proficiency with SAP (or a similar ERP system) and Microsoft Office applications.
•Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.
