Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely, appropriate services to newly arriving refugee families during the first 90 days post-arrival according to program guidelines.
  • •Coordinate services for clients, including health screenings, public aid enrollment, documentation, internet access, household items, and English classes.
  • •Conduct home visits and assessments; develop individual service plans and facilitate connections to appropriate services.
  • •Provide ongoing cultural adjustment support and orientations, including budgeting and guidance around paying housing and utility bills.
  • •Coordinate resettlement details and provide mediation services; maintain accurate client files, case notes, and reporting records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.94 - 24.67 hourly

  • •Provide case management support for refugee and immigrant families, including orientations, referrals, and mediation services.
  • •Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle and ability to pass MVR standards.
  • •MS Office skills.
