Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute UX research studies (qualitative and quantitative) to support design and product validation.
•Run research methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and basic analytics using established frameworks.
•Analyze and synthesize data into clear insights, recommendations, and reports for stakeholders.
•Support validation of concepts, prototypes, and live experiences to improve usability, usefulness, and overall experience quality.
•Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure user insights are integrated into decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Social Sciences, HCI, Design Research, or related fields.
•Typically 2–4 years of experience in UX or market research.
•Foundational experience with UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative) and data collection techniques.
•Strong analytical skills to translate findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
•Experience with UX research platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Suzy, Qualtrics) and exposure to AI-assisted research tools (plus).
