Associate, Securities Lending Operations

Own and scale daily securities lending operations, including processing returns, supporting loan recalls, and ensuring timely loan and return settlement. Collaborate with the Trading Desk, product, engineering, and other Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth trade flow. Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, support billing and month-end processes, assist with audit requests, and represent the company with external counterparties as you help build scalable procedures.
