Key Responsibilities

•Design and produce creative assets for performant advertising, integrating generative AI innovations in image/video/animation.
•Develop animated HTML5 banners, short videos, and optimized static visuals for programmatic and social media.
•Animate and integrate graphical elements (images, typography, icons, video) according to brand guidelines and platform constraints (DV360, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
•Optimize creative performance through visual A/B testing (CTR, conversion, engagement) and by incorporating creative trends.
•Prepare and manage technical delivery: reusable templates, compliant weight/resolution/compatibility, HTML5 packages and multi-format exports, with rigorous DAM asset organization.
