Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to build and grow the Quality mindset across the organization and align quality frameworks to business priorities.
  • •Develop, modify, and execute software test plans; analyze and write test standards and procedures; maintain documentation of test results.
  • •Define and report quality metrics (data collection, validation, analysis, baselining) and present insights to drive process and quality improvements.
  • •Enforce processes, KPIs, and software engineering tool adoption across projects, using best practices for defect prevention and process improvement.
  • •Coordinate internal and external audits and support customers/OEMs on quality, safety, and cybersecurity discussions through RFQ/RFI.

Key Requirements

  • •Post Graduate/Graduate in Engineering (Applied Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field).
  • •6+ years of Quality Engineering or related work experience.
  • •ISO 26262 Functional Safety Internal Auditor and Automotive SPICE Internal Auditor experience.
  • •Collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills across organizational and technical domains.
  • •Excellent software engineering skills and tools experience.
