Key Responsibilities

•Own Blackstone’s global advertising strategy across priority audiences, regions, and channels, ensuring alignment to brand objectives and audience insight
•Serve as the senior day-to-day lead for agencies of record and production partners in the U.S., Japan, and other key markets, guiding campaign creative development from insight to production
•Shape mid- and lower-funnel creative activation and modularization for a modern distribution ecosystem, using AI-enabled workflows where appropriate
•Establish a modular creative operating model for AI-enabled production and audience-level personalization at scale
•Lead agency scoping, budget management, and governance to optimize quality, efficiency, and impact while maintaining forecasting discipline

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in advertising, brand management, integrated marketing, or agency leadership roles
•Fluency in emerging AI-enabled creative and content workflows with judgment on applying them to improve efficiency without compromising brand quality
•Proven track record leading creative agencies and cross-functional teams to develop omni-channel campaigns across digital, social, video, print, and related formats
•Deep expertise in agency management, creative development, production workflows, budgeting, procurement, and vendor governance
•Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to present to senior leadership
