Key Responsibilities

  • •Own transfer of biochemical reagents, proteins, antibodies, and sequencing assays from R&D to commercial production.
  • •Design, develop, and optimize scale-up studies to improve yield, stability, and robustness of complex formulations and processes.
  • •Author SOPs, batch records, and technical reports while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis and provide technical support to resolve production-line anomalies during pilot and production.
  • •Partner with R&D to establish QC release criteria and specifications for manufactured reagents, including hands-on lab and production work (reagent formulation, conjugation, and analytical sample preparation).

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology (or related) with 2–3 years industry experience; or MS with 3–5 years; or BS with 5–7+ years relevant experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of protein biochemistry, protein purification, reagent formulation, and analytical chemistry (HPLC, MS, FPLC).
  • •Experience using Arena/Agile software for BOM setup, costing analysis, supply chain setup, and vendor management.
  • •Hands-on experience in controlled development or manufacturing environments (ISO9001 & ISO 13485).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to document processes clearly and help train others to execute SOPs.
