Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors while representing Carvana’s customer-first experience. Load and unload vehicles using custom car haulers, perform safety checks, and complete customer paperwork with detailed notes in the customer tracking system. Ensure safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy, working rotating shifts and required open availability at the inspection center location.
