Key Responsibilities

•Deepen and grow consumer relationships by onboarding customers, making outbound calls, and generating weekly appointments for prospects.
•Manage an assigned portfolio of top customers and use marketing campaigns to inform customers about products.
•Identify partner referrals and referrals, including advocating for the Refer-A-Friend program.
•Protect customer privacy and security by following operational, compliance, cash-handling, dual control, and audit guidelines.
•Drive personal development through ownership of learning, peer coaching/role play, BUILD/BUILD 2.0 practice, and completing required trainings.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals.
•Excellent communication skills and exceptional relationship-building skills; motivated to learn and solutions-based.
•Technologically savvy (e.g., Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, bank systems).
•Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS), and have a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally.
