Personal Banker I - Bilingual Spanish Preferred - GA South Central Region

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker focusing on consultative, proactive sales to uncover and meet customers’ financial needs. Participate in a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, including a certification at completion. Build customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessment, cross-sell retail products, use CAMP/marketing tools to set appointments, and partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment teams while maintaining risk and compliance standards.
