Deliver engaging lessons for students with special educational needs to help them achieve the best possible outcomes. Plan and teach across the full ability range, create an inclusive learning environment, and assess progress in line with school requirements. Collaborate with colleagues, curriculum support staff, and other professionals (as needed), while partnering with parents/caretakers to support student wellbeing and learning. Uphold the school’s behaviour policy and contribute to wider school events and ethos.
