Job Summary

Own revenue accounting for cloud-based contracts, including ASC 606 contract review and revenue recognition. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve SFDC cases, draft and review revenue memos, and drive the revenue close process with a focus on cloud revenue. Lead and review UAT testing, perform revenue reconciliations and analyses on large datasets, coordinate audit requests, and deliver internal training while improving processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with revenue contract review under ASC 606, determining appropriate revenue recognition for signed contracts.
•Resolve SFDC cases in partnership with cross-functional teams including Sales, Order Ops, CBO, FP&A, and Platform Billing.
•Draft or review revenue memos and support the revenue close process with a focus on cloud revenue accounting.
•Lead and review UAT testing to drive system and process improvements.
•Perform and review revenue reconciliations and analysis on complex large datasets; coordinate audit requests and address auditor inquiries.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of revenue experience with an understanding of ASC 606, including software and SaaS revenue principles.
•Experience in revenue with Big 4 and/or publicly traded technology company experience (preferred).
•Hands-on experience with RevPro, NetSuite, and Salesforce (preferred).
•Experience with Google Workspace applications, including Google BigQuery, Gemini, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and NoteBookLM (preferred).
•Comfortably work independently in a distributed, fast-paced environment with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
