Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise customers on talent acquisition vision, aligning business goals to SmartRecruiters solutions and best practices.
  • •Lead end-to-end SmartRecruiters implementations, from discovery and design through deployment and adoption.
  • •Design and optimize industry-specific business processes, translating requirements into solution architectures and enterprise IT alignment.
  • •Oversee complex client engagements by managing scope, risks, timelines, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Drive adoption and value by validating success criteria, analyzing usage data and KPIs, and partnering with Customer Success to remove adoption barriers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years delivering or leading SmartRecruiters implementations or comparable enterprise SaaS solutions in a client-facing consulting role.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex engagements; project management certifications (PMI, Six Sigma, or similar) are a plus.
  • •Strong background in business process design, transformation, and IT architecture (Signavio experience preferred).
  • •Experience in change management, transformation programs, or strategy consulting.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and communicate confidently to senior business and technical audiences.
