Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn Natera products, services, processes, policies, and competitor offerings, including the payer/reimbursement landscape.
  • •Develop and maintain KOL relationships and drive strategic opportunities and partnerships with cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals within the territory.
  • •Create and execute a comprehensive business plan to gain and retain new and existing clients aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs) and effectively use resources to manage business results, revenue/expenses, and ROI.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and market partners, maintain ethical and transparent conduct, and execute sales and marketing strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in oncology or diagnostic sales.
  • •Knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement.
  • •Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, and written and oral communications skills.
  • •Ability to demonstrate oncology clinical and medical expertise and present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • •Ability to assess needs of medical professionals with consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
