Job Summary

Develop and manage end-to-end project schedules and detailed Gantt charts, establishing activity logic, dependencies, and critical path analysis. Integrate individual project schedules into consolidated master program schedules for portfolio visibility. Maintain schedules through reporting cycles, perform schedule risk assessments, and support progress measurement methodologies such as Earned Value Management (EVM). Collaborate across design, construction, pre-construction, and operations teams to align timelines, budget impacts, and delivery strategies.

•Define, document, and maintain project activities, milestones, and deliverables across the project lifecycle.
•Create and manage schedule logic including dependencies, leads/lags, and float calculations to identify critical path.
•Integrate individual schedules into consolidated master program schedules and maintain schedule accuracy through reporting cycles.
•Conduct schedule risk assessments and analyze impacts of changes/variations on schedule, budget, and program performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in project planning and scheduling.
•5+ years of experience developing and managing project schedules from first principles, including leading planning workshops and establishing schedule logic.
•Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (or similar planning tools).
•Ability to perform critical path analysis, develop WBS, and optimize schedules.
•Experience coordinating and integrating multiple schedule inputs and performance data into consolidated master schedules.
