Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in research and development of next-generation ML/AI product differentiation features.
  • •Analyze and implement algorithm changes to improve AI performance and user experiences.
  • •Work on ML projects including source code analysis applications and image corruption detection.
  • •Support research, development, and deployment of machine learning and computer vision products on AMD’s current and future hardware and software.
  • •Fix and address problems with deployed AI to improve user experience, and assist AI software teams with roadmap planning, collateral development, and customer engagements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 44,500 - 71,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Canada-based bachelor’s program (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or related), preferably in your 3rd or 4th year.
  • •Knowledge or experience in machine learning, data science, computer vision, statistics, and mathematics.
  • •Programming experience in Python and C/C++.
  • •Experience with relational (SQL) and no-SQL databases.
  • •Experience with machine learning algorithms/frameworks and deep learning/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Caffe; cloud familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
