Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team supporting multiple factories and plant sites.
•Schedule and plan decisions for major deliverables and near-/mid-term APS plans.
•Review, analyze, and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in PRISM per MRP/MPM PO placement plans.
•Evaluate material availability, identify gaps, and proactively resolve supplied material problems.
•Run factory material order coverage meetings and facilitate cross-functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years relevant experience.
•Experience with supply chain, logistics, planning, or production control, program management, and/or operations.
•Experience managing daily team operations or equivalent leadership responsibilities.
•Ability to obtain an interim Secret U.S. government security clearance prior to start date.
