Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a highly rigorous, accelerated learning program across manufacturing and assembly fundamentals during the apprenticeship.
  • •Demonstrate capability performing integration specialist technician work using detailed work instructions.
  • •Route, bundle, and tie cables; assemble wire harnesses; and perform mechanical and electronic assembly to accomplish defect-free work.
  • •Use required hand tools, power tools, parts, and equipment while ensuring personal and product safety.
  • •Progress through learning experiences and hands-on application with project teams, with mentor/manager support and potential conversion after completion.
