Job Summary

Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development in a luxury retail environment. Lead on the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold service standards. Support sales strategy and KPI monitoring, recruit and develop talent, and enable omni-channel/clienteling and digital engagement. Ensure operational compliance (scheduling, payroll, HR, loss prevention, visual merchandising) and collaborate with district and corporate teams on market-driven initiatives.

•Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, category initiatives, and KPI monitoring.

•Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
•Support omni-channel and digital engagement, including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and social media trends.
•Oversee operational excellence by ensuring compliance across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising; maintain store safety and vendor relationships.
