Job Summary

Role focused on organization development and strategic workforce planning for KEZAD, delivering organizational design, headcount forecasting, and workforce analytics. You’ll lead SWP programs, model scenarios, support post-merger integration, and partner with HR and leadership to implement design options that drive efficiency and alignment with corporate strategy.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design, evaluate, and implement organizational structures aligned with corporate strategy.
•Conduct structural diagnosis and provide insights on spans, layers, and operating model design.
•Develop organizational scenarios and recommend design options with business implications.
•Prepare job design frameworks ensuring alignment with role clarity, accountability, and career progression
•Lead Strategic Workforce Planning including demand-supply modelling, scenario planning, and tracking workforce metrics

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
•Demonstrated success in workforce/financial modelling using Excel and other analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, OrgVue, Anaplan preferred)
•Excellent English.
•A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years in a Big 4/MBB consultancy
•Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills
