Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and role model a culture aligned with TGP’s values, supporting collaboration and accountability
  • •Implement People & Culture initiatives aligned with business strategy, including onboarding and induction coordination
  • •Manage office resources, supplies, time, and people, and support two leaders with diaries and administration
  • •Coordinate internal and external communications, reports, contracts, correspondence, and monthly company dashboard updates
  • •Coordinate travel and team IT troubleshooting across the UK and overseas, and support recurring people/process activities (interviews, offboarding, trackers, and monthly meetings)
