Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a Strategic HR Business Partner and coach for assigned business areas, translating people priorities into action plans and outcomes.
  • •Lead talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness activities including succession planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • •Ensure timely, accurate execution of key HR processes such as staffing, onboarding/offboarding, compensation cycles, promotions, and employee movements.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional HR projects from planning to execution, with scope, milestones, governance, KPIs, and follow-up.
  • •Provide HR analytics to identify trends and risks, recommend proactive actions, and improve HR processes through standardization and best practices.
