Key Responsibilities

  • •Run and improve the operating rhythm for the GM and Online Grocery organization, including syncs, all-team meetings, business reviews, and planning reviews.
  • •Manage the GM’s operating cadence by prioritizing and delegating workstreams and ensuring the right attention at the right time.
  • •Improve decision-making by clarifying decision rights, creating frameworks and pre-reads, and removing friction that slows good calls.
  • •Capture, sharpen, and track leadership decisions after they’re made, ensuring communication to stakeholders and closing the execution loop.
  • •Strengthen people, culture, and organizational health by diagnosing issues early, turning signals into action plans, and driving leadership offsites and priority programs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience.
  • •R&D experience earned in a direct R&D role, an adjacent role embedded with R&D teams, or as a Chief of Staff within an R&D organization.
  • •Consulting, corporate strategy/operations, or finance background with experience working directly with executives.
  • •Working fluency to navigate product, design, and engineering at scale and serve as a problem-solving partner to R&D leaders.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication at an executive level with strong analytical and program-management skills.
