Key Responsibilities

  • •Deburr and process machined valve components in post-machining.
  • •Interpret drawings per ASME Y14.5-2009 to maintain part specifications.
  • •Chase machine cut threads to size if necessary and polish tight tolerance surface finishes; inspect with profilometer.
  • •Wash parts and passivate using citric passivation.
  • •Operate a mass finishing barrel tumbler, support material inventory, maintain cleanliness, and alert management if production is inhibited.

Key Requirements
