Job Summary

Support Intel’s Costa Rica Validation Lab Engineering (CRVLE) Industrial Engineering team to connect short-range capacity planning to tactical execution. Help ensure factory readiness through early builds to volume activities, build lab daily schedules using planning systems, and monitor NPI and VPO execution during high-risk milestones. Apply sequencing logic and analyze performance indicators to optimize resources, reduce cycle time, and protect delivery commitments through real-time constraints.

Key Responsibilities

•Support CRVLE tactical planners to ensure smooth factory readiness from early builds through volume activities.
•Track VPO movement and health and escalate abnormal behaviors (holds, tool mismatches, routing errors, yield risk signals) to MPQ CRVLE vertical teams.
•Create and maintain the lab daily execution schedule using multiple planning systems; monitor and analyze critical indicators to identify improvements.
•Provide hands-on execution monitoring for NPI builds, VPO, and engineering activities during high-risk milestones, lead lots, and first-of-kind flows.
•Drive end-to-end scheduling strategy and apply sequencing logic (FIFO, QTG, QPS, Critical Ratio) to optimize bottleneck performance and protect delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with at least 50% of the program completed.
•MS Office skills including macros, algorithms/math functions, Pivot tables, and Power BI.
•Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
•Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
•Preferred experience with tactical planning, product engineering, work orders, and manufacturing planning.
