Key Responsibilities

•Carry out reactive and pre-planned repairs to required standards within SLA deadlines.
•Procure and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers.
•Maintain Health & Safety for yourself and other users of the property during and after works.
•Utilise provided vehicles, fuel cards and tools, ensuring they are kept in a professional condition.
•Collaborate with the team and adapt to on-call duties and rota-based emergency cover.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 27,500 - 33,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Full UK driving licence is required; vehicle and tools provided
•Previous maintenance experience in joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating

•Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK; security clearance checks may apply
