Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and grow accounts by cultivating relationships with client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
  • •Facilitate critical relationships between clients, ARS, and insurers; ensure service delivery aligns with client needs and economic framework.
  • •Project-manage Aon and industry resources to achieve client objectives, including promoting full value from ARS specialists and practice groups.
  • •Drive renewal process by assembling the appropriate team and developing client-specific renewal strategies in coordination with brokers.
  • •Monitor client satisfaction, report and resolve client issues, manage invoicing/receivables inputs, and ensure operational excellence and compliance requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
  • •AMF license in commercial insurance is required.
  • •French/English bilingualism required due to frequent client and partner interactions.
  • •Licensed in all provinces where your client has operations, including Quebec.
