Job Summary

Assist the regions’ Production Assistant(s) with show-related support from pre-on-sale through event completion. Help coordinate production needs by maintaining communication with Production Managers, reviewing show riders, procuring rental items and automobile rentals, and documenting vehicle usage and show recaps. Support interdepartmental and backstage coordination with tour staff, caterers, and box office while helping manage payroll entry, onboarding in Workday, and vendor invoice uploads.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain regular communications with Production Manager(s) and support a positive, organized production environment.
•Review show riders, coordinate office/dressing room touring needs, and procure show rental items with the Production Manager.
•Coordinate backstage communications with tour staff and dressing room coordinators; schedule runners and runner vehicles.
•Procure automobile rentals, coordinate assigned staff for vehicles, and document rental vehicle usage including mileage, fuel costs, and damages.
•Handle administrative show support including payroll entry and reporting, vendor invoice upload, show recaps within 24 hours, and attend production meetings to document key points.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 21.52 - 26.9 hourly

•Computer literate in Windows and Apple OS applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint.
•Flexible schedule for days/nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays, with ability to travel to regional venues as required.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate teamwork, motivation, and morale.
•Experience with timekeeping systems and high proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel); Workday/ABI/ADP Payroll knowledge is preferred.
