Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • •Analyze business performance, profitability, operational metrics, and market trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • •Lead monthly performance reviews and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • •Own budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and scenario analysis, including building financial models and business cases.
  • •Develop executive dashboards and reports for key business and financial KPIs, and drive automation/process improvements in finance reporting workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, or related work.
  • •Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are highly desirable.
  • •Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
