Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary on-site relationship owner for client supervisors and workers, ensuring timely updates, feedback, and support.
  • •Coordinate onboarding end-to-end, including introductions, first-day check-ins, interviews, scheduling, and worker vetting/drug testing.
  • •Support workers with clock-ins, pay questions, performance feedback, and escalation of issues to internal teams.
  • •Bridge communication between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support, relaying attendance issues and staffing changes.
  • •Support day-to-day site operations with shift and schedule management, PPE distribution, proactive issue resolution, and incident escalations; identify wallet expansion opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •English required.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
  • •Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) for email and in-person support.
  • •Professional, customer-facing demeanor with the ability to coach workers, enforce standards, and manage multiple priorities.
