Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer sample requests, including tracking, follow-up, and collecting feedback.
  • •Coordinate preparation, dispatch, and receipt of samples and cargo packages.
  • •Support account managers by creating and updating sales opportunities in Salesforce, and maintain customer records and commercial documentation.
  • •Support pricing processes (price uploads and updates) and coordinate annual pricing activities.
  • •Coordinate between Front Office and Middle Office by communicating forecasts, updating opportunity probabilities, maintaining service issue logs, and facilitating timely resolution of operational matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in flavours, ingredients, food ingredients, foodservice, or related FMCG industry (preferred).
  • •Experience supporting sales, customer service, commercial operations, or supply chain functions (advantageous).
  • •Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Excellent communication and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
