Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, and upselling while supporting daily store operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Maintain sales floor and stockroom readiness, complete operational tasks, and collaborate with the team to achieve KPIs.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations by completing daily tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while maintaining service standards and operational compliance.

Key Requirements

•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency using iPad/laptop and Mobile POS, plus ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
